Portion Control

Portion control is paramount to any for of weight management plan.

We have 2 ways for you -

  1. The cup measure - you can buy cup measures anywhere, £1 shops stock them - (they are American cup sizes) it is important you use them properly they need to be full to brim (or line depending on style) and not heaped or packed in!

  2. The handy hand guide - this is great for when you are out and about to give you a rough guide to those portions.

If you still have Rosemary Conley portion pots this is the conversion chart.

Blue     =   1/4 cup      = 80ml

Yellow  =   1/2 cup      = 125ml

Red      =   1 cup         = 250ml

Green  =    1 1/4 cup   = 330ml
